Wilmott Dixon Construction Ltd were appointed Principal Contractors by Bristol City Council, for a new development in Lawrence Weston.
The 57 new homes, comprising of 41 houses and 16 flats at Capel Road, are replacing post war council houses that were demolished in 2012.
The Litecast GT09 system, was the preferred flooring solution, being selected for it's excellent thermal properties and ease of installation.
With the white rails on the GT09 system connected to the panels, the system offers a single fix solution, without the need for a second fix and additional sheet insulation.
2,300 m² of GT09 have been supplied to this site, as a fabric first solution to reducing the total carbon emissions of the properties, in line with both Part L and Future Homes Standards.
