Job description
- Undertake all concrete beam manufacturing processes which includes both machine and manual processes
- Operation of concrete batching plant, including daily housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping in main factory, including checks on machines & equipment, tidying, ensuring that working areas and equipment are kept safe at all times
- Quality control activities, including administrative work, recording of data relating to quality, escalating any issues as required
Requirements
- Ensure that the correct PPE is worn and that health and safety guidelines are followed when carrying out any operations within the factory.
- To adhere to company policies as described in the employee handbook.
- To operate within the health and safety requirements and maintain cleanliness of the yard.
- You may be required to assist with additional duties in the factory when requested.
- Additional procedures will be introduced to assist you in fulfilling these responsibilities.

Sales Administrator
Requirements
- It is the responsibility of every member of the office team to keep the office clean and tidy.
- You may be required to assist with additional duties in the office when requested.
- It is the responsibility of everyone in the office to answer the phone in a timely manner.
- Generating quotations with the use of internal systems (The System, Elise, Quick Quote Etc.)
- Liaising with clients via Telephone, Email, Live Chat and on a Face to Face basis to best meet their needs.
- Ensuring that any design changes that are sent to you are subsequently forwarded to the relevant designer, copying the customer into correspondence. This correspondence is also to be saved.
- Ensuring quotations are sent to the relevant clients within allotted time frames.
- General administrative roles such as answering telephones, directing calls, taking messages and filing etc.
- Save all correspondence to and from customers into the relevant job folders, ensuring traceability.
- Update Litecast systems when information is received, e.g. making notes following phone calls etc.
- Process customer's design approvals correctly via the use of Litecast systems, ensuring that incorrect designs are not delivered to site.
- Answering customers technical questions in relation to Litecast products.
- Support Sales & Marketing Manager and Sales Executive with requested tasks.
