Our Services

Upon receipt of your plans we will create a file for your project with a bespoke 6 digit number. This is your Litecast reference number and will be shown on your design(s) and quotation(s), please reference this number in any future correspondence with ourselves. Once set up your file will be swiftly passed to our design department to continue with our service. 

At this stage we will use the plans and information that you have provided, to produce your beam layout design(s). These will show a 2D and 3D image of the floor for ease of reading. Our designs will be produced in the most cost effective manner in accordance with your requirements, whilst ensuring structural integrity. For Litecast GT and XT designs, the P/A and Uvalues will be shown for SAP assessors. 

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not offer an "estimating" service. All of our prices are generated by populating the material quantities from our designs, ensuring an accurate quotation every time. Our quotations include delivery and offload to site as standard, and have no hidden extras. Our quotations will be accompanied by your layout design(s) and will be returned within 48 from receipt of the enquiry.

Once happy with your design and price, we will require two things in order to proceed; a written confirmation indicating the order and an approval of our design. Confirmation of order can either be in the form of an email or via a purchase order; by return you will receive an order acknowledgement. Drawings can either be approved in writing via email, or by scanning and returning signed drawings. We will require both prior to delivery being scheduled.   

Our 150mm and 225mm beams are wet cast in precision moulds, providing a smooth finish and avoiding defects that are commonly associated with extruded beams. We manufacture beams in 25mm increments allowing versatility in our designs. The pre-stressing at manufacturing stage provides our beams with a robust structure, allowing our beams to span substantial lengths. 

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver materials within 3 - 5 working days following an order approval of design. We have a fleet of rigid and articulated vehicles, all of which are equipped with hiab cranes to offload materials on to site.

Here at Litecast we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint. With all of our Beam and EPS projects, we offer a free of charge polystyrene collection service, collecting any off cuts of polystyrene that may remain following the installation.
